“Urges administration shift covid hospital from SDH Kupwara”

Kupwara:- Reyaz Ahmad Mir Chairman MC Kupwara said in his statement, Our silence should not be taken as weakness and urges shift Covid hospital from Sub District Hospital Kupwara, as people are suffering badly.

Mir further added “People of Kupwara town are being subjected to mental agony, all covid patients from the district are being kept at SDH Kupwara, now old SDH building has also been taken up for these patients, this all is being done despite the administration knowing that SDH Kupwara is amidst at the center of Kupwara town and whole population of kupwara town lives around it, I will appeal the authorities to choose some place in Kupwara which is away from local population, even asymptomatic covid patients who needs home quarantine are being kept at SDH Kupwara putting entire population at risk, I appeal to district administration to look for other place and let SDH kupwara function as people are facing immense hardships”.

Earlier Mir issued in his statement “Thank God we have not seen any positive case from Muqamshahwali from the last one month, now is the time to rehabilitate them, they have faced immense hardships, infact whole drugmulla zone have been going through tough times, I appeal to district administration to lift the red zone restrictions from drugmulla zone, and immediately announce a financial package for these areas, since people have been sitting idle in their homes from the last two months”.
