Inspector General of Police Kashmir Zone, Shri Vijay Kumar- IPS visited Sogam Lolab of District Kupwara.
Kupwara: During his visit, IGP presided over a meeting of CAPF/Police and took stock of present security scenario in the District. Later on IGP held a darbar with officers/ Jawans and heard their grievances. IGP assured the jawans for early redressal of their genuine grievances.
After that IGP presided over a Police Public meeting in the premises of PS Sogam in which a huge number of respectables of the area and officers of police participated.IGP heard patiently grievances of the people and assured that their genuine problems shall be got solved on merits.
SSP Kupwara Shri Shriram Ambarkar and other Police/CAPF officers were also present during the visit of worthy IGP.
