Lolab: Despite the challenging weather conditions amid heavy snowfall and slippery roads, Sub-District Hospital Sogam on Tuesday successfully conducted eight ‘Lower Segment Cesarian Section’ (LSCS) surgeries and five normal deliveries with zero gyne referal.
In a data recieved here, the hospital authorities said, “In the last 24 hours, the dedicated and hardworking medical staff at sub district hospital sogam had done a marvellous job in conducting 13 deliveries including eight ‘Lower Segment Cesarian Section’ (LSCS) successfully.
It was also learnt that the medical staff at SDH Sogam had also done six dialysis and one autopsy during the period. The Outpatient Department (OPD) was also functioning normally.
Notably, health officials at SDH Sogam have been actively providing support to patients across the Lolab sub division.
