Kupwara Municipal Council, under the leadership of Riyaz Mir, Municipal Counsil Kupwara, President, bids adieu to outgoing Town Commander Lt Col Puneet Kataria at Town Hall Kupwara.
Mir, while addressing the gathering brought out the overwhelming cooperation rendered by Army to civil administration. He also acknowledged the immense work done by Army in social reconstruction of Kupwara through various projects.
Mir thanked the Town Commander and CO 41 RR for spontaneous and immediate response in time of every crisis situation.
Lt Col Kataria, addressed the dignitaries and expressed his gratitude for their cooperation and support during his tenure of three years. He also expressed his desire to come back to Kupwara agian in future and serve here.
Incoming Town Commander, Lt Col Abhimaan Pattar, SM was also present on the ocassion and assured the delegation of continued support and cooperation in future as well.
