In Recognition of efforts put by Municipal workers to tackle the pandemic situation created by COVID 19.NESSWO organised a awareness session on Coronovirus with the employees of Municipal Committee Kupwara and at ocassion personal hygiene kits having washable face masks and Hand sanitizers were distributed among the Municipal workers.
Municipal workers along with the others frontline warriors who are rendering their duties during these testing times have played a pavitol role in containing the pandemic situation.
On the occasion Dr Mir Abid said, how to maintain personal hygiene and the ways of hand washing.
“He also advised the municipal workers to take a necessary balanced diet to increase the immunity and take necessary precautions while using disinfectants.”
On ocassion the Chairman Municipal committee Kupwara Reyaz Ah Mir and Executive Officer also shared their thoughts related to their experience while fighting this pandemic COVID situation,and thanked the management of NESSWO for providing the face masks and Hand sanitizers to the municipal workers.
The event was coordinated by Kifayat Husain Centre Incharge ODIC NESSWO Kupwara.
