KUPWARA POLICE HELD A POLICE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP GROUP MEETING (PCPG) AT POLICE POST KALAROOS.

Kupwara: August 09 2021; Today a Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) Meeting was held by Kupwara Police to strengthen the Police-Public relations in Police Post Kalaroos.The meeting was chaired by Sr.Superintendent of Police Kupwara Dr G.V. Sundeep Chakravarthy-IPS besides DYSP HQRS Rashid Younis-JKPS, DDC & BDC Kalaroos were also present in the meeting. The meeeting was attended by the respectables of the area,Panchs, Sarpanches,Members of Trade Federation, Numberdars and Chowkidars of the area, who put up various issues of public importance. Speaking on the occasion, SSP Kupwara said that such meetings are conducted to solicit the suggestions and support of people for better Policing and would be conducted in future as well. He also thanked the people for participating in the meeting and for providing valuable suggestions.

Referring to the grievances highlighted by the participants, he assured that these issues will be taken up with the concerned authorities for immediate redressal and added that Police will provide its hp & support as and when required for the betterment of the society accordingly. SSP Kupwara also said that he and his Team are round the clock available for redressal of Public Grievances.

The participants were stressed to co-operate with Kupwara Police in maintaing law and order in the area and in identifying Anti national and Anti social elements who always try to disrupt the peaceful environment. The meeting concluded with note of Thanks and Appreciations from Public side...
