Ayushi Sudan to receive the prestigious award on behalf of the district at the Civil Services Day event in New Delhi.
The district of Kupwara has been selected for the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration for the year 2024 under the category “Holistic Development of Districts”. This recognition highlights the district’s strides in comprehensive and inclusive governance.
The award will be presented by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India during the Civil Services Day celebrations at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, on April 21, 2025. Deputy Commissioner of Kupwara, Ms. Ayushi Sudan, has been formally invited to attend the event and receive the award on behalf of the district.
The selection of Kupwara for this national honour stands as a testament to the district administration’s dedicated efforts toward inclusive development and public service delivery.
