Kupwara, Jan 19,: A Kashmiri youth Mushtaq Rather has been awarded a prestigious scholarship for a Leadership Programme at Glendale University of California.
Mushtaq Rather hails from North Kashmir’s Handwara.
He is currently serving as a Business Manager in Riyaadh Saudi Arabia and has pursued Masters’s in Business Administration from the University of Chester, England.
Mushtaq got the selection among 485 students from all over the world.
