Kupwara April 24: Civil Society Kupwara Convener Showket Masoodi extended greetings on beginning of holy month of Ramdhan and urged people to pray indoors and follow government advisories to combat the spread of Coronavirus.
He said Ramdhan is the month of patience and tolerance and we should pray indoors as it is safety of everyone.
Masoodi stressed that there is a need for social distancing and people should avoid any sort of gatherings.
“Due to the prevailing situation, whole world has been engulfed by a deadly virus. It is need of the hour to follow government advisories with zeal and dedication,” he said.
