One more positive from Red Zone Manigah with history of Delhi travel. Traced and shifted to Hospital quarantine by field teams within hours of his return thus limiting any large number of contacts. All contacts being traced for sampling.
All shops in Municipal areas of Kupwara, Handwara, Langate and in Red Zone Anderhama to remain closed with no relaxations. Partial relaxations for shops selling essential commodities only in rural areas with limited timings to be granted on case to case basis under close supervision of concerned Tehsildars.
