COVID19: 04 Panchayat Halqa’s of Drugmulla declared red zone

Inward and outward movement restricted

Kupwara :- Kupwara admin declared 04 Panchayat Halqa’s of Drugmulla viz A,B (only ward No.2,3,4,9),C & D as red zone included in Anderhama and consequently there shall be no inward and outward movement of any person(s) from these Panchayats and the people shall stay indoors strictly.

Invoking prohibitory orders under Section 144 of the CrPC, Disaster Management Act and The Epidemic Disease Act, District Magistrate Kupwara said there would be no inward and outward movement of any person from these Halqa’s declared red zone and the people would stay at their homes to ensure complete lockdown.

Tehsildar and SHO concerned shall ensure barricading at all the 4 identified entry points to the Red Zone.

CMO shall deploy an additional Mobile Medical Unit to cater to any medical exigency in addition the Unit already deployed for Red Zone.

An additional fumigation team shall be engaged by the Administration to ensure fumigation of the entire area on a regular basis.

Any person/group/organization found involved in the breach of this order shall be booked under relevant laws, the order added.
