Pr. Distt. & Sessions Judge urges for greater coordination between Judiciary and Civil departments
KUPWARA, SEPTEMBER 7: Court Coordination Committee (CCC) Kupwara today convened its maiden meeting under the chairmanship of Principal, District & Sessions Judge Kupwara, Tasleem Arief. The Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Imam Din and the Judicial Officers were also present in the meeting, besides, Secretary DLSA, Muzamil Ahmad Wani; SP Handwara, ADC Handwara, ASP Kupwara and Superintendent District Jail Kupwara. The meeting was convened by Chief Judicial Magistrate Kupwara who is also Secretary of the Coordination Committee, with the objective to review various modalities for greater coordination between Judiciary and civil departments. On the occasion, the Principal, District & Sessions Judge emphasized the role of Judiciary and courts for prioritizing the hearing of Government litigations. He urged for greater cooperation between court, civil administration and law enforcing agencies for delivery of justice to all. Deputy Commissioner Kupwara also spoke in the meeting and assured full support from the District Administration.
