Two more notorious drug peddlers involved in selling drugs among vulnerable youth of district Kupwara and have been detained under PSA and lodged in jail. The detained persons identified as Mohd Hussain Lone @Hussna son of Abdul Jabbar Lone, resident of Mirnag Hayhama and Mohd Ashraf Mir @Cobra son of Gh Ahmad Mir a resident of Mir Mohalla Kralpora Tehsil Kralpora were repeatedly involved in drug peddling in the district and found danger for the society. The detention orders were issued by the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir on the recommendation submitted through a dossier of the illegal activities of the duo by SSP Kupwara . The drive will continue to curb the menace of drug peddling in the district and more such detentions under PSA have been sought by Police.
