Jammu, Jun 28 : The security forces on Monday noticed fresh movement of suspected drones in Kaluchak area of Jammu, putting security agencies on high alert with searches being carried out in the area, officials said here.
Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that movement of suspected drones was noticed near security establishments in Kalichak area today morning, following which searches were launched in the area.
They added that soon after noticing the movement of drones, an alert was issued and search teams were pressed into operation to look for any possibility of dropping of any consignment.
“We have no more development in hand except a suspected drone movement but searches have been launched in the area,” the officials said.
Notably, an attack, suspected to have been carried through drones, took place on Sunday on Technical area of Jammu Airport, following which a security agencies have been on high alert—(KNO)
