Kupwara, August 12: Sub Divisional Magistrate(SDM), Karnah, Dr. Bilal Mohiddin(IAS) in a circular has directed all concerned officers of Karnah sub division not to leave their station without proper permission from his office, besides, none of the officer shall be allowed to leave the station before August 15. All the officers of the sub division have been directed to attend the Independence Day celebration event along with their sub-ordinate staff.
