SEECC welcomed New DSEK and seeoff Ex.Director in an impressive function at Directorate

Srinagar, April 21: An impressive welcome and farewell function was held at conference hall of the Directorate by School Education Employees Coordination Committee in honour of the new incumbent Mr.Tasaduq Hussian and outgoing Director Janab Mohd.Younis Malik. DR.Tassudaq Hussian was received and garlanded by noted figures of SEECC with high degree of warmth,affection and love.
In his address Dr.Manzoor said officers come and go but some leave their mark and earn the respect,love and affection of all the stakeholders,by their professionalism, care and compassion.Dr Manzoor said that Mr.Mohd.Younis Malik is fortunate enough to fit in this mould,and really he was the person who steered the ship in rough weathers and brought it safely to the shore.Senior trade Union Leader said that Mr.Mohd.Younis Malik walked the talk,performed his role by his principles and never surrendered his conscience.Dr.Manzoor said in clear and loud terms that Mr.Younis sahb is not an angel but a human being with pluses and minuses,but the fact of the matter is that positive is dominant over the negative in his persona,that even his critics affirm his essential goodness.Throwing light on his role in the pandemic crisis,Dr.Manzoor said that his contribution to engage and involve the children coming from lowest layer of the society in the learning process is in real sense a mark of achievement for which this man deserves a grand salute from the denizens of KASHMIR vale.
While welcoming Mr.Tassaduq Hussian to take the mantle of Nazmee Talemaat kashmir,Dr.Manzoor said I am confident that under his guidance the department will reach to the highest pinnacles of progress and success. Dr.Manzoor said I am personally acquainted with this man who possess a mountain of energy,an ever- alert, beautiful mind and an ability to push back against the shadows.He hoped that Mr.Tassaduq sahb primary concern will remain the welfare of all stakeholders of the department and appealed him to use his rappo in the power corridors to speed up the process of addressing the genuine concerns of the teaching fraternity irrespective of the cadre.Dr.Manzoor assured him that SEECC will provide every kind of cooperation and the cadre of its constituents will remain on frontline in materializing the unfulfilled dreams of his predecessor.
Former DSEK, Mr.Mohd.Younis Malik in his address highlighted the major achievements of the department under his tenure and was all praise for different cadres of the community for their cooperation,support,and positive attitude during the turbulent times,for which I salute them.Mr.Malik Younis said that during my period as Director,I have observed that the nation builders are not only highly qualified,but have enough potential, and mettle to deliver,but they need right direction and appreciation from the concerned.
Dr.Tassudaq Hussian Mir,in his maiden speech said that I have served on key posts but this new assignment will be an interesting and challenging as I have to work with intellectual segment,who are makers of nation.He said that our human resource have to align themselves to the changing paradigms of education to stay relevant beyond classrooms. Mr.Tassudaq said that the thread of the growth of society depends upon the quality of education that is being imparted,so focus should be on good and quality education.DSEK said that I am highly thankful Dr.Manzoor who on behalf of all constituents has offered unconditional support and cooperation in raising the standard of this vast and rich sector. and assured him that I will put my heart and soul and will put every corner in motion for redressal of the long pending genuine concerns of the community.
