Panchayat Secretary exam held smoothly at 42 centers in Kupwara

DC Kupwara inspected arrangements at different centres

Kupwara: The OMR based examination for the posts of Panchayat Secretary conducted by JKSSB concluded smoothly today here at Kupwara.

As many as 7000 candidates appeared in the said exams at 42 centers in the district.

Meanwhile to ensure smooth conduct of exams and to have first-hand appraisal of the facilities made available for aspirants, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan IAS today inspected various examination centers setup in the district.

On the occasion, she enquired about the facilities made available for the candidates including seating arrangement, cleanliness, drinking water and electricity.

The concerned officers informed that elaborated arrangements were put in place to ensure smooth conduct of examination across all the centers.

While talking with students today in Kupwara at different centres, they said that we are very happy for holding exams in Kupwara district, before years we were having exam centres in Srinagar due to which the aspirants were facing a lot while reaching home or ontime in exam centers .

A student, told kupwaratimes.com it was my first attempt today , i found fair & transparent exam stands conducted in Kupwara .

Another groups of students at different centres hailed Kupwara Admin for holding smooth and transparent examination in Kupwara.
