Jammu, September 7, 2026:-
On the anniversary of the Bharat Jodo Yatra, the Congress Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan (RGPRS), J&K Unit, launched the “Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan” across Jammu & Kashmir, aimed at strengthening the Congress organisation at the grassroots.
AICC RGPRS In-charge J&K Thakur Hirapal Singh and Chairman RGPRS J&K Er. Mudasir Lolabi ,Congress leader Ankur Dogra interacted with Working President JKPCC/ Former Minister Raman Bhalla ,Former Minister/MP Choudhary Lal Singh, Kathua DCC President Pankaj Dogra, Samba DCC President Sanjeev Sharma former legislators and party workers. The discussions focused on grassroots organisational strengthening, empowering Panchayati Raj Institutions, greater youth participation and ensuring that the voice of village-level workers reaches the higher leadership.
The leaders emphasised that a strong Congress organisation can only be built through continuous engagement with workers, PRIs and the people at the grassroots.
They said the Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan will continue across J&K to build a vibrant, accountable and people-centric Congress organisation.
