Srinagar, Jun 16: The NHM Employees’ Association has hailed the elevation of Sh Atal Dulloo (IAS) to the rank of Additional Chief Secretary UT of J&K.
In a statement, the Association President Muneer Andrabi congratulated Sh Atal Dulloo and called his elevation a just reward for exemplary services and clean image of the officer.
Terming Sh Dulloo as the son of the soil, Andrabi extended best to him for his future endeavours.
Association senior Vice President Altaf Ahmad said Sh Dulloo’s humane approach to governance and pro-employee stance have won him hearts of thousands across J&K.He hoped the officer touches the heights of bureaucracy and wished him success for all future endeavours.”He has given a special lease of life to NHM employees by fulfilling our long pending demands and we hope he continues to do the same in future”, he added.
