Kupwara: In a major boost to JKPC in district Kupwara, NC’S close Aide Mir Javid, Sarpanch Dardpora C & first runner up from Reddi Chowkibal in the recently held DDC elections along with hundereds of workers & supporters joined the party.
The joining took place in presence of PC Chairman Sajad Lone and former MLA Kupwara Bashir Ahmed Dar.
Welcoming Mir Javid into the party fold, PC Chairman Sajad Lone expressed hope that his inclusion will further strengthen the party to reach out to the people of district Kupwara, serve them with utmost responsibility and work for their betterment to the best possible extent.
Mir Javid expressed his pleasure on joining the Peoples Conference and pledged to work for serving the people as per policies of the party.
“Personally, today is an extremely happy and memorable day for me. J&K Peoples Conference has been a pioneer in implementing people friendly programmes aimed at improving the conditions of the people, especially those living in remote and backward areas of district Kupwara. The party’s excellent performance in the recently concluded DDC elections has demonstrated the widespread acceptance of its leadership & its policies among the masses. I have no doubts that the Peoples Conference will emerge to become the strongest voice of the people at a time when J&K is passing through the most difficult times. I will zealously work under the leadership of Sajad Lone for the welfare of my people.”
