Kupwara April 20: JKAP Constituency Coordinator Kupwara, Mir Parvaiz showed strong resentment over interrupted electricity and water supply in several areas of Kupwara District. He urged the administration to look into the matter and ensure smooth availability of electricity and power supply in all the villages of District Kupwara.
He demanded setting up of checking squads to avoid hoarding, black marketing and price hike in essential commodities. He sought on ground deployment of checking squads in markets to monitor the difficulties prevailing in the market.
” Availability of essential commodities should be made accessible on Ration depots. Besides this, uninterrupted power supply and water supply should be made available in and across the Kupwara District,” he said.
