KUPWARA, APRIL 20: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kupwara, Ghulam Nabi Bhat today convened a meeting of Medical officers to review the arrangements for smooth conduct of Mega Health Camp in the district being organized from May 11 to May 18, 2022.
The meeting held threadbare discussion regarding the arrangements to be made for conduct of the Mega Health Camp in the district which include identifying and enlisting of patients.
It was informed in the meeting that around 3000 surgeries and 50000 consultancies are expected to be conducted in Baramulla, Kupwara and Ganderbal districts during the 8 days Mega Health Camp.
On the occasion, the ADC stressed upon the medical officers to get active on the ground and identify maximum patients across all medical blocks of Kupwara district so that they could be benefitted in the Mega Health Camp.
Earlier, the ADC convened a presser and briefed the media persons regarding the arrangements and the programme of maiden Mega Health Camp.
Chief Medical Officer Kupwara, Dr. Bashir Ahmad; MS District Hospital Handwara and concerned BMOs attended the meeting.
