“Thier services during pendamic brought awards to hospital. Mass transfer will be disastrous for health facilities” CMO Kupwara
Kupwara, Aug 30: Taking serious not of what they called “Fasle allegations” against the medical staff of SDH Kupwara, the employees have now given a written request for “Mass transfer” of employees viz; senior consultants to sanitation staff.
In a recent press conference held understand the banner of Traders Federation Kupwara, here in Kupwara, the employees alleged false allegations and Unparliamentary language was used which have hurt Nd hit the morale of health care workers who day in and out placed theirt hard efforts to provide best possible Covid and Non-Covid facilities.
In a representation to Chief Medical Kupwara* the stafff members of SDH Kupwara including doctors, paramedic, and allied staff have requested that they are ready for mass transfer from SDH Kupwara if it serves the purpose for better public health services in District.
“We are not against the transfer policy and we are all ready for the transfer if it is done for the betterment of public health care services”
Meanwhile condemning the unworthy and fictitious statements visa vis medical fraternity in a recent press conference held under the banner of Kupwara Traders Federation the letter reads;
“Our medical services in covid and non covid have received applauses and rewards from different quarters, recognizing out efforts in the covid pandemic and communicable and non communicable disease control, but some quarters of our society are hell bent to tarnish the image of SDH as well as the medical fraternity for their vested interests”
The Chief medical officer Kupwara Dr Mehraj Uddin Sofi while talking about the representation of medical staff SDH Kupwara for mass transfer, said
“I have received the representation of the employees of SDH Kupwara for mass transfer.The employees of SDH Kupwara has provided wonderful health Services both Covid and non Covid and it is because of their brilliant work we have been showed with awards, he further said.”
” Mass transfer will have a disastrous effect on health care services in SDH Kupwara,and it will entirely go against the interest of public health care services, he added.”
It is pertinent to mention here that recently a press conference was held under the banner of Kupwara traders federation in which they made plethora of allegations and unparliamentary language against the administration as well staff and later the CMO and BMO jointly refuted the allegations as insensitive, baseless and hoax.
