On 25-06-2024 PS Kralpora received an information from reliable sources that one Farooq Ahmad Shah Resident of Singdona Reshigund has illegally cultivated Opium Poppy over a patch of land.
Accordingly joint team launched a special drive and successfully identified and destroyed illegal poppy cultivation spread approximately over one Marla of land at Singdona Reshigund.
The drive was conducted in collaboration with Revenue Department, Agriculture Department,State excise Department and Horticulture department, ensuring compliance with all legal guidelines.
Moreover in this regard case under relevant sections of NDPS act has been registered against accused person at Police Station Kralpora and investigation set into motion.
