Kupwara, November 12: People of village Keniyal, of Tehsil Tarathpora, some 25 kilometres from headquarter Kupwara, alleged that the village is in complete darkness for a month and department is in deep slumber.
People alleged that transformer has been damaged a week ago and despite various requests there was no concern shown by the PDD department.They appealed higher authorities to look into the issue and repair the transformer with earliest so that people won’t live in darkness further.
