Kashmir Servers Foundation in collaboration with District Administration kupwara organised a felicitation program at town hall Handwara on 27th of September 2025 under the banner of Seva Parv.
The program was aimed to felicitate the achievers of district kupwara For their outstanding services towards socio economic development of kupwara. The event was graced by Additional deputy commissioner Handwara, Tehsildar Handwara,Naib Tehsildar, Refat wani (Kashmir Servers Foundation )Deputy Chief Education Handwara and other administrative officers.
The objective of the event was to endorse sustainable development of our youth.
