Srinagar, 10 February: Jammu and Kashmir government on Saturday ordered transfer and posting of 33 officers and gives additional charge to 6 officers in the Forest, ecology and environment department J&K.
According to two seprate orders issued by Deeraj Gupta Financial commissioner / Additional chief Secretary as per Daily Spark News reads, In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings of Forest Officers are hereby ordered with immediate effect.
1. Ms. Uzma Hamal, I/c-District Soil Conservation Officer, Jammu/Samba, is transferred and posted as I/c-Senior Scientist, Soil and Water Conservation, J&K.
2. Mr. Rahul Singh Majdial, I/c-District Soil Conservation Officer, Kathua, is transferred and posted as l/c-District Soil Conservation Officer, Jammu/Samba.
3. Mr. Sanjay Kotwal, I/c-District Soil Conservation Officer, Udhampur/Reasi, is transferred and posted as l/c-District Soil Conservation Officer, Kathua.
4. Mr. Tariq Bashir Sheikh, Technical Officer, with Conservator of Forests, Jammu East Circle, is transferred and posted as l/c-District Soil Conservation Officer Udhampur/Reasi.
5. Mr. Anwar Aftab Shah, I/c-Deputy Director, Forest Protection Force, Reasi, is transferred and posted as l/c-District Soil Conservation Officer, Poonch.
6. Mr. Arshad Ali Qadri, l/c-District Soil Conservation Officer, Baramulla, is transferred and posted as l/c-District Soil Conservation Officer, Srinagar/Ganderbal.
7. Mr. Abdul Rashid Bhat, Vc-District Soil Conservation Officer, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as I/c-District Soil Conservation Officer, Anantnag/Kulgam.
8. Mr. Parvaiz Ahmad Parry, I/c-ACF (WL), awaiting orders of adjustment in the administrative department, is posted as 1/c-Environmental Forester, Directorate of Ecology, Environment & Remote Sensing, J&K.
9. Mr. Bhagwan Singh Slathia, ACF, Deputy Director, Forest Protection Force, Kathua is transferred and posted as l/c-Mass Media Officer, Directorate of Ecology, Environment & Remote Sensing, J&K.
10. Mr. Sajjad Ahmad Khan, RO-I, awaiting orders of adjustment in the administrative department is posted as I/c-Environmental Soil Conservationist, Directorate of Ecology, Environment & Remote Sensing, J&K.
11. Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, I//c-DFO, Social Forestry, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as I/c-P.O., LCMA, Srinagar.
12. Mr. Zahid Aslam Moghal, Regional Director, SF Kashmir, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Joint Director, Soil & Water Conservation Kashmir.
13. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Gupta, I/c-DFO, Social Forestry, Doda, shall hold the additional charge of the post of DSCO, Doda.
14. Mr. Sagar Hussain Jamwal, RO-I, I/c DSCO, Doda, is transferred and posted as Technical Officer in the Office of Conservator of Forests, Chenab Circle.
15. S. Amrik Singh, I/c-DFO, Social Forestry, Rajouri, shall hold the additional charge of the post of DSCO, Rajouri.
16. Mr. Tanveer Ahmad Parray, I/c-DFO, Social Forestry, Baramulla, shall hold the additional charge of the post of DSCO, Baramulla/Bandipora.
17. Mr. Mohammad Iqbal Lone, I/c-DFO, Social Forestry, Pulwama, shall hold the additional charge of the post of DSCO, Pulwama/Shopian.
18. Mr. Mumtaz Majeed, I/c-DFO, Social Forestry, Srinagar, shall hold the additional charge of the post of DSCO, Budgam.
19. Mr. Zahoor Ahmad Akhoon, l/c-DFO, Social Forestry, Kupwara, shall hold the additional charge of the post of DSCO, Kupwara.
20. Mr. Abhinav Ramyotra, I/c-DFO, Forest Division, Batote, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Project Officer, National Highway, Batote.
21. Mr. Waseem Farooq Mir, I/c-DFO, Bandipora Forest Division, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Project Officer, CAT, Kishenganga Project, Bandipora.
22. Mr. Mohammad Yaseen Sheikh, l/c-DFO, Statistics, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as I/c-DFO, Planning & Publicity, Kashmir, relieving Mr. Showkat Ahmad Kuthoo, I/c-DFO, Demarcation Division, Srinagar, of the additional charge of the post.
23. Mr. Showkat Ahmad Kuthoo, I/c-DFO, Demarcation Division, Srinagar, shall hold the additional charge of the post of DFO, Statistics, Srinagar.
24. Mr. Som Dutt Khajuria, ACF, awaiting orders of posting in the Office of the PC HOFF, J&K, is posted as Technical Officer in the office of the Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu.
25. Mr. Mohammad Ramzan Mir, RO-I, awaiting orders of posting in the Office of the APCCF/Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir, is posted as Technical Officer in the office of the APCCF/Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir.
26. Mr. Bilal Ahmad Mir, RO-I, awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Technical Officer in the Office of PCCF & HOFF, J&K.
27. Mr. Riyaz Ahmad Malik, RO-I, awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Technical Officer in the Office of the Conservator of Forests, Srinagar Circle.
28. Mr. Khalid Mehmood, RO-I, awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Technical Officer in the Office of Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu.
29. Mr. Sajad Hussain Khaki, RO-I, presently attached in the Office of APCCF, Kashmir, is posted as Technical Officer in the Directorate of Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing, J&K.
30. Mr. Noor-ul-Amin Malik, RO-I, presently attached in the Office of the PCCF & HOFF, J&K, is posted as Technical Officer in the Office of the APCCF/Chief Conservator of Forests, Kashmir.
31. Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Bhat (IWDP Borne), awaiting orders of adjustment on his displacement from FPF, Budgam, shall report to PCCF & HOFF, J&K.
32. Mr. Muneer Ahmad Bhat (IWDP Borne), awaiting orders of adjustment on his displacement from FPF, Pulwama, shall report to PCCF & HOFF, J&K.
33. Mr. Devinder Magotra (IWDP Borne), awaiting orders of adjustment on his displacement from Soil & Water Conservation, Poonch, shall report to PCCF & HOFF, J&K, reads the order.
According to another order, In the interest of administration, the following assignment of additional charge(s) to the Forest Officers is hereby ordered with immediate effect:
1. Mr. Sat Paul, IFS (AGMUT:2010), Conservator of Forests, Working Plan Circle, holding additional charge of the post of Conservator of Forests, Central Circle, shall also look after the charge of the post of Chief Conservator of Forests (Central) in the office of the PCCF & HOFF, J&K.
2. Ms. Jyotsana, IFS (AGMUT:2013), DFO Working Plan-I, shall also function as Technical Officer with Chief Conservator of Forests (Central) in the office of the PCCF & HOFF, J&K.
3. Ms. Priyanka Sareen, I/c-Conservator of Forests, Agrostology, shall also function as Technical Officer with Chief Conservator of Forests, Working Plan, Research & Training, in the office of the PCCF & HOFF, J&K.
4. Mr. Ashwani Kumar, I/c-DFO Resource & Survey Division, Jammu, holding additional charge of the post of DFO, Urban Forestry, Jammu, shall also function as Technical Officer, with Conservator of Forests (Central Circle) in the office of the PCCF & HOFF, J&K.
5. Mr. Mehraj Ahmad Sheikh, I/c-DFO, Urban Forestry Division, Srinagar, shall also function as Technical Officer with APCCF (FCA) in the office of the PCCF & HOFF, J&K.
6. Ms. Suchita Sharma, I/c-DFO, P.I. Division, shall also function as Technical Officer with APCCF (P&P) in the office of the PCCF & HoFF, J&K, reads the official order.
