Anantnag: Residents of Ghor Khar Check Imoh Achabal area of South Kashmir district Anantnag on Tuesday Complained that they are facing acute shortage of drinking water amid COVID-19 Pandemic.
The aggrieved resident said that they are without drinking water and they have informed the higher authorities several times that the area is without drinking water but nothing has been done to restore the water supply in the area.
They said that the new water pipes in the area were installed but the said work was not completed properly.
They have appealed the authorities to repair the work and restore the water supply in the area at the earliest.
However an official of PHE Division Acahabal told PTK that the work in the said village will be started after the lockdown(PTK)
