DLSCC Kupwara settles 30 Cases

KUPWARA, MARCH 18: The District Level Screening cum Coordination Committee (DLSCC), which met here under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC), Kupwara, Imam Din today settled 30 cases.
A total of 47 cases of different categories were put forth for discussion; of which 30 cases were settled and considered for grant of ex-gratia relief of Rs.17.30 lakh. Meanwhile, 14 cases were reverted for want of verification report from concerned SSP, 02 cases were refereed to General Administration department for further necessary action and one case which was found ineligible was rejected in the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner stressed upon the concerned officers to speed up the disposal of pending cases in their offices so that quick settlement could be held in the next meeting of District Level Screening cum Coordination Committee.
Assistant Commissioner, Revenue, Bashir Ahmad Bhat; Officers of Police, CID, Army, CRPF and other concerned attended the meeting.
