KUPWARA, OCTOBER 30: As part of National Celebration of 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, a function was organized by District Administration at Bus Stand Handwara
President Municipal Committee Handwara, Masroor Banday and Vice President MC, Bashir Ahmad Khan, local youth and a large number of children attended the function.
A documentary on the life and achievements of Shri Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was screened at the occasion, besides, literature was displayed.
On the occasion, the representative of Ministry of Culture, GoI threw light on the history of the leader. He said it is a campaign of Ministry of Culture GoI which aims at to dessiminate the awareness about the achievements of the Netaji.
Students also participated in the question answer session with special focus on the life of the Late Netaji. The Representative of the Ministry of Culture distributed as gifts among the school children for giving the right answer to the questions.
