Karnah Feb 3: BVO Karnah issued Advisory as well as preventative measures for General public for Arian influenza/Bird flu
As the news of arena influenza from many districts is circulating on social media from last three days. Keeping in view such news in consideration BVo Karnah issued preventive measures for General public in order to remain abstain from arena influenza Bird flu.
- Practice good Hygiene, Washing hands regularly with warm water with soap especially before and after handling poultry products
- Avoid visiting open air markets
- Contact with Birds and poultry
- Avoid undercooked or raw poultry meat
- Avoid taking raw eggs
- Avoid contact with Domestic birds either ill or died (poultry)
- Avoid contact with surfaces that appear to be contaminated with faces from wild or domestic birds
