KUPWARA, MARCH 10: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Lone who holds the charge of District Programme Officer, ICDS today convened a meeting of CDPOs and reviewed the functioning of Anganwadi Centres in the district.
It was informed in the meeting that 80490 beneficiaries are registered in all 2320 Anganwadi Centres of the district. It was also informed that Rs.330.58 lakh expenditure have been incurred on acquisition of nutrition during the year. Besides, Rs.102.03 lakh have been spend on 3580 school dropout girls during the current financial year.
The ADC, on the occasion directed the concerned to work with added zeal for holistic and effective implementation of ICDS schemes in the district.
