A maiden virtual meeting of all J&k Lecturers forum was held today under the chairmanship of Dr.Manzoor

Srinagar/Jammu: A maiden virtual meeting of j&k lecturers forum was held today under the chairmanship of Dr Manzoor Ahmad,in which the representatives, Central Executives, District Presidents, from allover the UT participated and shared their views.Proceedings of the meeting were conducted by Mir Fayaz.

Mr Deepak sharma provincial President jammu while sharing his views stressed the need for focussed and organised efforts for getting the issues like ACP and regularization of In-charge lecturers resolved.He appreciated the approach of present regime in resolving the issues,the school education department confronted with.

Dr.Manzoor in his presidential address hailed the role of Principal Secretary School Education Shri.B.R. Singh in resolving the long pending issues of lecturer fraternity.We witness a sincere, honest and committed head, whose zeal is Understandebly going to transform the whole department Dr. Manzoor said”.He thanked Principal Secretary for his assurance in resolving the long pending issue like Incharge system, Assured Career Progression,which has now brought the community to a severe stagnation.
The speakers who spoke on the occasion lauded the efforts of J&K Lecturers Forum in resolving the issues of lecturers community and expressed their confidence and support in the leadership of Dr Manzoor,Dr Deepak Sharma and others who represent the community.Among others who spoke in virtual meeting were,Mr Anil kumar sharma VP, B.A Mir General secretary, R.S.Salathiya General secretary Jammu,Mushtaq Ahmad sopori Principal Baramulla,Syed Fayaz Badgam,Dr Ashok kumar Udhampur,Mohd Iqbal shah kupwara,Jatinder sethi kothwa, Imtiyaz kazmi poonch,Haji Mohd Amin shah Anantnag, Altaf Ahmad zargar Srinagar,Fazal Hussain Rajouri,Ab Majid sofi Ganderbal,Javid Iqbal Pulwama, Iqbal Rasool Mir Handwara.Around 40 other office bearers throughout j&k UT participated in the meeting.At the conclusion
Mir fayaz presented the vote of thanks.
