Handwara,28 March: Residents of Younsu langate are facing shortage of water due to which people face many difficulties.
Residents alleges PHE for negligence and said concerned department is not paying attention towards problems of the particular area.
” We are suffering due to the shortage of drinking water from last ten days and department hardly bothers to take any necessary action” locals said.
“From time to time we have taken this matter to the higher authority many times , but they didn’t pay any heed”
Sarpanch of the said area alleged that PHE employees are not performing their legitimate duties.
Locals appealed administration to look into the matter as soon as possible so that they won’t suffer in future.
In this regard we took this matter to PHEs AEE Handwara he said, “here we have shortage of electricity , that people are facing problem” I m looking into matter hopefully we will restore it soon.
