Three years On,NHM,RNTCP and JKSACS Employee’s demand yet to met

Seeks LG’s personel Intervention

It has passed three years when an order copy was issued by the Govt of Jammu and Kashmir ,General Administration department which states that the demands of NHM,RNTCP and JKSACS Employee’s to be examine the concerns of the Employee’s and recommend a possible road map to address the relevant concerns based upon critical assessments,the order copy reads

Inter-alia hold periodical interactions with the stakeholder employees and study the frame work in vogue across various states in the country,an order copy reads.

An official order copy was issued in 2018 under Govt order No 174-GD of 2018 dated 29-01-2018 reads that,sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of a group of officers,comprising the following,to examine the demands of the NHM,RNTCP and JKSACS employees.

The following officers were”Administative Secretary,Health and Medical Education Department” to remain as “Convenor” of the group.

“Commissioner Secretary GAD,Commissioner Secretary finance”to remain”Member” of the group

“Three years has passed out but the demands of the our Employee’s still under consideration and not met as the employees are facing mental stress now due to the delay in the demand,”,Association President Muneer Andrabi said to the reporter,

“We failed to understand that three years have gone but why our demands which were made with us have not reached to its Govt office till now,as We feel that govt is acting like mute spectators.If govt is making new recruitment but why our employees are being neglected who are at forefront at this crtical time”, he further added,

“At one side Employee’s of NHM,RNTCP and ACS are putting their lives at stake under this pandemic to save lives but at the other end no major official is ready to listen our big greviences.They are working 24×7 round the clock,whether it’s duty of to take Sampling,Covid duty,isolation,RRT teams,data uploading purposely,they have not left any stone unturned but why Stepmother like treat with us which marks a big question on their face”, Altaf Bhat,Vice President of the association said,

“Govt must address our grevineces at an earliest as we are facing immense hardships.At one side,we are working on meager wages but at the other end,why govt is treating us unfairly”, Vice President further added,

Now,in a joint statement the NHM,RNTCP and ACS employees are requesting LG administration to intervene personally to look up into the matter and complete our demand as soon as possible as we have leave no stone unturned during this critical time.If the demands will not be met under time bound manner,we will be forcing to hit streets during this tough and pandemic time.
