Kupwara: Tomorrow on 3rd of August, it will be complete lockdown in District Kupwara . All the shops , business enterprises etc shall remain closed and no public transport is allowed to ply on roads , accordingly Add.Dist.Magistrate Handwara,SDM Karnah / Sogam and all the Tehsildars are requested to implement it on ground.
Police authorities are also requested to get the lockdown strictly followed.
