Sampoornata Abhiyan Yatra rally held in Kupwara

KUPWARA, JULY 4: As part of the Sampoornata Abhiyan, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kupwara, Mohd Rouf Rahman today flagged off Sampoornata Yatra rally of students from Boys Higher Secondary School Kupwara.
The rally was attended by DDC Drugmulla Ms. Amina Majeed, CMO Kupwara, Dr. Ramzan, CPO Kupwara, Parvaiz Ahmad Lone, DYSSO, representatives of Piramal Foundation, Anganwadi Wokers, ASHAs and a large gathering of students from district Kupwara.
The students were carrying placards with messages for the general public about saturating Key Performance Indicators under the Aspirational programme of NITI Ayog. The rally went through the Bus Stand Kupwara and markets of Kupwara town and culminated in the lawns of D.C Office Complex Kupwara.
The Sampoornata Abhiyaan which was launched on July 4, 2024 by Senior Advisor NITI Ayog, Anurag Goyal in Aspirational District Kupwara and Aspirational Block Keran aims to saturate the identified Key Performance Indicators under Health & Nutrition, Education, Agriculture and Social Development.
Speaking on the occasion, the ADC said that the Sampoornata Abhiyaan aims at to bridge developmental gaps and bring about transformative changes and ensuring a brighter future for the Aspirational District Kupwara.
Other speakers including DDC Member Drugmulla spoke and shared inspiring thoughts with the students.
