Handwara , Jan 10: Recently joined National Conference, Rasikh Rasool the well known crusader for accountability and transparency has lambasted over administration for depriving the people of Hamla locality of Rajwar Handwara from the basic necessity of life that is potable water.
Rasikh Rasool said it is very unfortunate that in the 21st century people of Hamla locality have not been provided drinking water facility.
Rasikh while appealing the administration to into the issue seriously has asserted that once the National conference is elected to power water crisis will be addressed permanently in the area.
While Criticising the regime of People’s conference , Rasikh has asserted that during the last 7 years almost areas of the Handwara constituency both rural and urban has been turned to pathetic in the development fronts.
