QDI Chairman Demands Immediate Macadamization, Renovation
Kupwara July 27: Qaziabad Development Initiative (QDI) Chairman, Mohammad Munawar Khawaja with his associates and residents of Rangpath-Doggerpora, the area of Langate Constituency in frontier District Kupwara have demanded immediate macadamization of road.
According to the statement issued by Khawaja and residents of Doggerpora, “one and half Kilometre are in dilapidated conditions and leads large population of the area in sufferings.
The chairman also added that, the people of the area are suffering badly, apart from macadamization there is a urgent need to construct protection bunds at various spots of same road, he said during rainy days there remains always a threat of landslides which can result the demage of residential houses and human lives also.
Khawaja added that
that during rainy days it becomes difficult for the children and old aged persons to walk over this dilapidated road.
He appealed to the Governor Administration to macadamize the road at an earliest, so that
the people of Rangpath – Dogerpora will not suffer more.
