Looking after my health today gives me a better hope for tomorrow
Kupwara, October 17: With a determined aim of Sarve Santu Niramaya COB Yamrad under the aegis of 21 Rashtriya Rifles organised a medical camp at Vill Bala as the village is sans any medical setup.
The adept team of doctors to include The Regimental Medical Officer 21 RR and doctors from Dist Hospital ,Handwara namely Dr Aijaz Ahmad(Dy MS and General physician) ,Dr Rameez Nabi (Dental Surgeon),Dr Sajid (Orthopedic Surgeon ) and Dr Andleef (Lady Medical Officer) were present for the Medical Camp.
The team of doctors provided medical advice/ assistance and distributed medicines to the locals of all age groups. A total of 263 locals (140 Males, 80 Females and 43 children) were treated during the medical camp .
The camp turned out to be a boon for Master Ghaawar of Chanjimula who unfortunately can’t listen and speak by birth. The camp and doctors identified him and now shall be further treated at DEIC( Dist Early Intervention Center)
The medical camp received an overwhelming response which undoubtedly shows the bonding, trust and faith of AWAM on SF. This due response from AWAM is an anticipated result of consistent and focused efforts of SF which tirelessly work on the sole motto of Non Sebi Sed Omnibus Not For Myself , But For All
