Handwara 25July : Handwara police today organised an awareness rally pertaining corona virus. The rally was flagged off by Superintendent of Police Handwara Dr G.V Sandeep Chakorvaty from Kulangam and it ended at Main Chowk Handwara.
While speaking to media Dr. Sandeep said that the motive of today’ s rally is to aware common masses pertaining the dangerous consequences of corona virus.
He added that people should abide by all SOP’s already in place by civil administration and stern action would be taken against those who will not follow SOP’s.
He further said that awareness programs are being held in rural areas too so that people may not get involved in this deadly virus.
The program was held in collaboration with District Hopital Handwara, Municipal Committee Handwara and Budokon Karate association Handwara.
It is pertinent to mention that few days back Kupwara Police had also organised such rally.
