Kupwara, July 29: Days after former MLA Yasir Reshi joined Peoples Conference (PC) , former Member Parliament Rajya Sabha, Mir Mohammad Fayaz is likely to join Peoples Conference by the end of this week.
Sources close to Mir Mohammad Fayaz said that he may join PC by the end of this week at Sajad Gani Lone,Peoples Conference Chairman,at his residence.
However, Reyaz Mir, Municipal Council President Kupwara who is younger brother of former MP, while talking to kupwaratimes.com said that kupwara North Kashmir is most neglected part in Jammu and Kashmir.
“For 40 years srinagar-Baramula- Kupwara national highway is neither widened for four laning nor macademised as other national highways.It is high time to think about the development of North Kashmir in general and Kupwara in particular. We have always been neglected, and we wish chief minister be from Kupwara”.
He further said that it is Sajad Gani Lone who has vision of development.
“See it is Sajad Sahb only who fought for medical college, which is under construction in Handwara. Biotechnology park, and other crops which helped in employment generations”, he further said.
Though the particular date for his joining is yet to confirm, but sources with Sajad Lone said, Mir Fayaz may likely join by the end of this week. ( kupwaratimes.com)
