Handwara, October 27: Rejuvenating sports enthusiasm again among the youth post Covid-19 lockdown, the district volleyball association kupwara has organised a volleyball tournament in Villagam and today played it’s first match. The first match was played between volleyball club Waisa VS volleyball club Kinyal.
Playing hard volleyball club waisa won this match by three points. Having lot of spectators the match became more interesting.
The organisers of this grand event are more than happy, “Although this is first such event in this area, but response is huge. People in Ramhal love Volleyball game and we are providing a platform for Thier favourite game”, said Syed Altaf, organiser of the tournament.
Principal Government Higher Secondary School Villagam, Aalam Din, encouraged players of both teams.
“I am thankful to the organisers for providing our youth this platform. We hope more such events will be organised here soon”, he said
