Director Health Services, DC Kupwara inaugurate Oxygen plant at SDH Kupwara

KUPWARA, APRIL 24: Director Health Services, Kashmir, Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad and Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara Imam Din today inaugurated maiden Oxygen plant at Sub District Hospital, Kupwara.
              On the occasion, the Director Health Services congratulated the people of Kupwara district for having such a facility available at the time when there is a large scale demand of oxygen because of COVID crisis. He said it is big relief for COVID-19 patients, especially belonging to district Kupwara .
           Both the Director Health services and Deputy Commissioner Kupwara urged upon the people to strictly follow the COVID appropriate behavior, ensure usage of masks, sanitizers and maintain social distance. They also advised people to come forward and administer COVID vaccine for their safety and safety of society.
         Chief Medical Officer Kupwara, Dr Kouser, DIO and other concerned were present at the occasion.
        Later, a meeting was convened to review the status of COVID containment measures.
