Kupwara, Oct 30: The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kupwara, Ms.Ayushi Sudan today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the progress under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in the district.
District Superintending Engineer, Mohammad Saleem Malik apprised the chair about work wise progress achieved under JJM in the district.
On the occasion, the DDC said that JJM is a flagship scheme and stressed upon the officers of Line departments to coperate with the PHE department while execution of different schemes of that PHE department.
DC asked engineers of PHE department to flag the issues in proper time with proper quarters and prioritise the payments of restoration of other departments works.
On the ocasion SE stressed upon the engineers of PHE department to ensure minimum damage to the infrastructure of other departments while laying the pipelines for different schemes
Among others, JD Planning, Executive Engineers of PHE, Executive Engineers R&B, EXecutive Engineer PMGSY, OC Beacon, Range Officers, Kehmil, Kamraj and Langate forest Divisions, AEEs and other concerned were present in the meeting.
