Kupwara, Aug 12: As part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav’ and under ‘Meri Maati, Mera Desh’ campaign, a massive Tringa Rally was today organised at Kupwara by ICDS workers.
The Rally was flagged-Off by District Development Commisioner, Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan from Branwari in a grand ceremony near DIstrict Project Office, which passed through Rigipora and culminated at Fountain Chowk Kupwara.
DC Kupwara along with DPO Kupwara, CDPOs and SHO Kupwara with its Police personel joined the rally which marched towards Fountain Chowk.
The rally witnessed massive participation of ICDS workers and Supervisors from three Poshan Project Kupwara, Kalaroos and Sogam.
Participants were carrying the national flag and and playing national anthem and other patriotic songs and were enthusiastic about their participation in the grand rally.
