KUPWARA, MARCH 4: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Imam Din today distributed 100 blankets among widows, downtrodden and disable persons of district Kupwara. The blankets were distributed from District Red Cross fund. The ADC Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Lone and other concerned were present at the occasion.
Speaking at the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that concerted efforts are being made by the Administration to provide succour to the needy and downtrodden people of the district. He asked concerned officers to make efforts for providing further support to the poor, disabled and widows across the district out of Red Cross and other Welfare funds.
