Kupwara, March 16:
Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Shri Shrikant Suse, chaired a meeting of the District Rent Assessment Committee (DRAC) to finalize rent cases for departmental use.
Out of 21 cases presented, the Committee approved 19 cases after detailed deliberations. The DC also directed officers to prioritize utilization of vacant government buildings for official purposes, keeping rented accommodation as the last option.
The meeting was attended by SE R&B Circle Kupwara, CPO, CMO, CAHO, DSHO, Executive Engineers of PWD, and other concerned officers.
