Children from Khumriyal, Isgund, Dal, Khanagund and Charkut had fruitful and educative a Day with Company Commander in Humdard-E-Kupwara Battalion Peter 3 and Muhri Companies. A total of 25 boys and 6 girls visited the companies.
The children were acquainted with few weapons and equipment of the Army and were shown motivational videos of Kashmiri Achievers. They were motivated to work hard in chasing their dreams and were assured that Army is always there to guide them and groom them.
The girls were motivated to raise two girl cricket teams among these villages in the coming month and on their request they were also presented with cricket kit .
In Muhri Company, the children went around the posts, lines and langars to get a feel of life of their brothers in uniform. Lunch was organised for the children at the end. Children were very happy to have visited to the companies, motivated to do well in life, they thanked with their smiling faces and grateful eyes.
