KUPWARA, April 05 : District Administration Kupwara today on second consecutive day continued to hold Gram Sawraj/Gram Sabhas in various blocks of Kupwara district. Officers from Rural Development department and line departments attended the Panchayat Level Gram Sabhas, in which PRIs and the public participated and discussed various issues of Rural Development including cleanliness, sanitation, augmentation of water supply, good health facilities, better education and other developmental issues which has recently been adopted by the Government as 100 points to be taen up in the Gram Swaraj Abiyan.
ADDC Kupwara participated in Qadirabad, ACD in Magam.
The blocks where Gram Sabha was conducted today include Nutnussa, Mawar, Drugmulla, Kupwara, Handwara, Kalaroose amd Kralpora.
Concerned officers, PRIs and people in large numbers particpated in the Gram Sabhas.
